VACCINATION POLICY

We require 3 vaccinations to be up-to-date for every pet in our facility, Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper. These are required YEARLY.

We require a negative fecal sample. This ensures that your dog is free of any parasites that you may be unaware of.

ALL VACCINES MUST BE UPDATED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR MEETING FOR ANY SERVICE.

Once vaccine records are emailed we will review and approve

dayCAMP POLICY

All dayCAMP reservations are due on the 1st of every month and are non-refundable.

If canceled more than 24 hours prior to reservation only a credit will be given toward reservation within the same month of booking.

If canceled less than 1 day prior to reservation no refund or credit will be given.

For drop/off & pickup times,After 15 mins, you will automatically be charged an additional $10.Past 15 mins, you will lose your reservation without refund or credit.This will be strongly enforced so that each PUP is getting the required time needed for their reservation.

"sleep-away CAMP" aka BOARDING POLICY

Drop-off / Pick-up is between 8AM and 10AM.
(Example: Drop off 8:30AM - Pick up 8:30AM)

Every additional hour UP TO 12PM after is $10.
(Example: Drop-off 10AM & Pick-Up: 12PM, +$20)

If your PUP requires a pick-up 12-5PM a FULL day of dayCAMP will be added to your reservation.
(Example: Drop-off 10AM & Pick-Up @ 2PM, +$60)

THE LATEST PICK UP for a sleep-away-CAMPER IS 5PM.
This is a firm time, all dogs not picked up by 5PM will be charged the full price for boarding.
(Example: Pick-Up @ 6PM)

All boarding reservations require a non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.

Final payments will be due at time of drop-off.

FEEDING POLICY

If your dog requires special accommodations for feeding, a $5 prep charge will be applied for each night boarding.

GROOMING POLICY

All grooming appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit.

Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in the forfeit of your deposit entirely.

DOG BEHAVIOR POLICY

All dogs must be able to be socialized to small, medium and large dogs.
